Cameron Bellion crosses a creek that runs around the base of Silverton Mountain. Skiers must cross the creek and hike up to the access road in order to get back to the base of the chair lift.
Cameron Bellion hiking up to the access road, however, lying in between the valley is prone to avalanches and slides quite often. Resulting in minimal trees and landscape.
